Shipping
Shipping/Handling is calculated through Ebay in the listing
Next day shipment for confirmed orders paid before 4:00 PM EST Monday-Friday, except holidays.  All reasonable attempts will be made to ship the SAME DAY for payments received before 12:00 PM EST but this cannot be guaranteed.
Shipments sent via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express (at sellers discretion) unless otherwise stated.
Items not indicated as being insured will not be refunded due to shipping loss or damage.
Please contact us before processing payment for expedited shipment, shipping outside of the continental United States, and other shipping alternatives.  We will make every attempt to accommodate expedited shipping requests.  Additional handling fees may apply for shipping on another account.
We will only ship to locations in the United States using our shipping account, if you purchase something and live anywhere other than the United States you will have to arrange for shipping. All customs, brokerage, and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
After the Auction
Please realize that your bid is a binding contract and don't bid unless you plan on going through with the transaction.
The items listed are often available in multiple configurations.  We have made the best attempt to summarize the key components, however; if you need additional information, please verify the full part number before purchasing.  If the full part number is not listed, please contact us.
Contact is expected no later than 2 business days after the end of the auction and payment no later than 5 business days. If after 5 business days we have not received payment we will notify eBay of non paying bidder, and we will resell the item
We accept returns on defective products (not including as-is items) if notified in writing within 14 days after receiving your item. Barcodepot will replace defective items with the same or similar product.   If the item cannot be repaired or replaced a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.  We do not refund any shipping or handling costs.   Any returns must be in the same packaging and condition as when it was send.  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Refunds will not be given if the item is not received within 30 days after the shipment date.   Please check your item immediately upon receipt & let us know if there are any problems with your order.
All other returns must be pre-approved by Barcodepot and an RMA is required.   All returns, except defective product, are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee or .00, whichever is less. We do not refund any shipping or handling costs.
We are not responsible for any fees you may have incurred from testing, diagnosing, or shipping items.
